If you thought the Dangerously Easy Black Forest Gelato was… well… dangerous… It’s time to alert the Federal Government because I’ve got a recipe for a chocolate pudding that cooks in the microwave in one minute.

No judgement if you need to sit down before reading on.

1/4 Cup SR Flour

  • 1/4 Cup Castor Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder (sifted)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Handful of milk chocolate melts*
  • Whipped Cream to serve(*Available in the baking section of your supermarket with the cooking chocolate.)

      1. Whisk flour, sugar, cocoa, egg, milk and olive oil in a medium bowl.
      2. Divide the mixture between two microwave safe mugs or ramekins. Drop 8-10 milk chocolate melts into the centre.
      3. Microwave on high for 1 minute.
      4. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream as desired.
      5. Thank me later.
